My friend want to install XP into Acer Aspire M1201, he has found
some drivers such as Video Graphics Driver, LAN Port and Audio etc. Unfortunately,
there is no chipset driver especially for AMD 740G, AMD Athlon X2 4450e dual-core.

My friend has checked Acer website, but the drivers is unavailable. My friend also
has tried automated driver download from motherboard Gigabyte manufacture, but
drivers doesn’t detected.

For AMD Chipset Driver available for Microsoft Windows Xp or even Windows Vista
download from here or
here. If this driver doesn’t
work you may should to ask Acer Support.
